- Initial Consultation: $299 initial consultation fee, this includes the first 60-minute consultation with a nurse practitioner and the first month of treatment and supplies, including labs and medications.
- Monthly Membership: $160 a month all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees or charges for injectable testosterone. Our monthly membership includes lab work every 90 days followed by bi-annual lab work, follow-up visits, testosterone medication, and needed supplies delivered right to your door in discrete packaging (testosterone cream will be a higher monthly charge).

First Responder Discount
Veterans and first responders get a 10% discount on all memberships and payment types.
Deposit
We require a $100 deposit that’s refundable until lab work is completed.
Referral Program
Members that refer a friend, who complete the initial consultation, will receive a $25 credit. We are pleased to note that there is no limit to the number of referrals one can send and receive credit for.
Quarterly Discounts
Members who pay quarterly get a 5% discount.
Annual Discount
Members who pay annually get a 10% discount.
